Justification: fails to build from source
As of 2.0200-1, libmoose-perl build-depends on libdata-visitor-perl, which
depends on libmoose-perl. This prevents libmoose-perl from being rebuilt
(eg for a new perl API version).
As Data::Visitor is only used by one test, and the test should be cleanly
skipped if Data::Visitor is not available, I think this build-depends
should be removed from libmoose-perl.
