Unfortunately true, due to a bug in dak. A fix is being worked on for future cases, a workaround for this issue would be uploading a new version with a bit-by-bit identical .orig.tar.gz, but with a different version (e.g. mozc_1.2.855.102+main.orig.tar.gz), or wait for a new upstream release.
