I'm a bit puzzled by your bug report... The patch you provided is not required for Debian unless I'm missing something. I've modified the Makefile.am from upstream long time ago. Am I missing something? That being said, unfortunately, I haven't played Atris for a long time. The delay it took me to answer your report might be a good indication that I should put Atris up for adoption. I've gotten in touch with upstream a very long time ago. He was very cooperative and seemed to welcome patches. However, he made it clear that this project was considered done and that he had moved on.
