dpkg-buildflags now supplies -Werror=format-security by default. This
makes binutils-m68hc1x FTBFS.
I first noticed the failure when looking at armhf (and s390x as a
confirming point) build logs. but I
can reproduce the issue locally on amd64.
Patch is attatched just drop it in debian/patches (the package uses
custom patch code that applies all
patches in that directory after unpacking the binutils tarball).
