If the situations is so simple, then we don't need to bother Release
Team with a transition, since it's easy enough for us to coordinate.

The ideal way is to ask pyabiword to build with --as-needed to avoid
unneeded dependencies. Dmitry, can you coordinate this with Jonas? If
sponsorship is needed then I can help.

Once pyabiword updated to use --as-needed, we can upload new wv to
unstable, followed by a rebuild of abiword.
