novnc is uninstallable on ia64, due to its eventual dependency on python-greenlet, which does not exist on that architecture. (Specifically, novnc depends on nova-common, which depends on python-nova, which depends on python-eventlet, which depends on python-greenlet; all the intermediate packages in the chain are arch:all.)
