Hi, I have the same issue when I try to open an XML file with Emacs. nxml-mode is loaded by default even if I add the following line in my ~/.emacs file :
(autoload 'xml-mode "psgml" "Major mode to edit XML files." t) When I try M-x xml-mode on the buffer, nothing change. My solution is to use : - M-x sgml-mode - C-x k - C-x f my_file After that, psgml-mode works. Do you think you can fix this bug ?
