libxslt1.1 can no longer be installed in several architectures at once.
Installation shows the following error:

trying to overwrite shared '/usr/share/doc/libxslt1.1/changelog.Debian.gz',
which is different from other instances of package libxslt1.1:i386

Hi,
The bug is fixed by patching libxml2-dev's xml2-config, and a
sourceful upload for rebuilding libxslt has been done. It will work
except for being binNMUed to have broken changelogs.
