Package: salt-minion Version: 0.10.1-1 Severity: critical dmidecode is required to determine if a salt minion is or is not virtual with certainty as the only reliable way is through reading the BIOS's DMI tables. Since one of the primary uses for salt is remote execution and controlling physical + virtual machines, this has potential to break the default use case for some of our users.
