just tried to build again (up to date sid chroot via cowbuilder on amd64 box) -- went just fine. Is it reproducible for you?
I tried on a different machine: it failed the same way.
Any peculiarities of the system where it failed? - architecture (kfreebsd's would lack functional multiprocessing)
