this is a known issue with multiarch: binNMUs cause a difference in the changelogs and spoil multiarch coinstallability. You can recognize them by the +b1 in the version. I think people are working on fixing this. For the time being, individual packages can only be fixed by a source upload. However, 7.6.1 does not apply and missing multiarch coinstallability justifies only severity important.
