To explain this a bit:
This is because it violates policy. It even can be argued to be
grave or critical, since due to unopkgs side-effects this can
(and will in some circumstances!) cause LO to not start up anymore
as the config dir *in your home* becomes root:root.

unopkg list --bundled (Closes: #669271). Most probably also
closes: #619263 as $HOME isn't touched anymore.

So - given you didn't act on this easy to fix bug for 4 months and given
the above consequences I'll NMU it now.
