Package: ticgit
Version: 1.0.2.11-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I just tried installing and using ticgit on unstable. Here is the
result:

$ ti
/usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/ticgit-ng/cli.rb:156:in `ioctl': Inappropriate ioctl
for device (Errno::ENOTTY)
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/ticgit-ng/cli.rb:156:in `try_using'
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/ticgit-ng/cli.rb:145:in
`reset_window_width'
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/ticgit-ng/cli.rb:240
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/ticgit-ng.rb:37:in `require'
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/ticgit-ng.rb:37
        from /usr/bin/ti:10:in `require'
        from /usr/bin/ti:10

This error appears when attempting *any* ti subcommand.
