Hi Micah! As we discussed some months ago, I would like to take care of the package util-vserver.
I have migrated the repository to git [1], and I have prepared a new upload that fixes the this bug (#648160) as also #605473 and #586510 This new upload sets me as the new maintainer of the package as we agreed. I did extensive testing and QA with this new package on some of my servers and looks everything OK. Now creating a new wheezy guest works without problems. I would thank you if you can review the upload and sponsor it, if it looks good enough for you. Otherwise let me know what should be fixed.
