Dear Maintainer,
We plan to drop Tcl/Tk 8.4 from Debian archive before jessie release. The
cableswig package currecntly build-depend on tcl8.4-dev, though just replacing
it by tcl-dev is fine. It Builds fine and I can't find any difference between
binary packages with tcl8.4-dev and tcl-dev dependencies.
I've prepared a small patch which addresses this bug.
