Well, I'm not Andreas, but only the person who just recently started considering to take over maintenance of libmusicbrainz. Still, I'd ask you to please go ahead, as I was going to NMU myself on Wednesday, the 30th, using Matthias' patch. As we don't want to delay the transition, the bug is RC for 11 days and a simple fix is available without maintainer reaction so far, I'd guess a 0-day NMU will be acceptable... Cheers, Flo
