You are right, I've to delete it from the binary package and link it to the packaged jquery-ui.js if possible. Should I repack the source? Release 1.5.0 is _not_ DFSG free and should not be packaged. I'm waiting for upstream to release 1.5.1 for a while. I hope it will happen soon. May I wait for it or should I act promptly?
