Hello,
The newer version of doxygen emits an invalid latex command: in
modules.tex one can read:
Here is a list of all modules\+:\begin{DoxyCompactList}
resulting to the following failure:
! Undefined control sequence.

:\begin{DoxyCompactList}
?
! Emergency stop.
This makes the "litl" package FTBFS.
