during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As per
definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for a
release, thus the severity.
I would appreciate if you could point out what "definition" is
being referred to there.

While it is true that this bug affects the installation of the ledgersmb
package, it does not affect it's operation as copies of the needed Apache v2.2
or v2.4 compatible configuration files are installed to
/usr/share/doc/ledgersmb/examples/.
