Hi Pierre, did you have time to look into this? This is currently blocking rsyslog from entering testing, so it would be nice to have this resolved.
If there is a preferred approached how you like to see this handled (a/ move into -dev, b/ move into new -tools package or c/ naming it using a non-conflicting name), but you don't have time for it, just let us know. I could offer to NMU in this case if I know how you want to see this addressed. If you chose c/, an alternative to what waldi suggested naming it /usr/lib/$PACKAGE/lognormalizer-$DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH might be /usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)/$PACKAGE/lognormalizer That looks more natural to me Michael -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
