This seems to come from:
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/libgtkhtml-3.8.pc:gtkhtml_datadir=${prefix}/share/gtkhtml-3.8
/usr/share/gtkhtml-3.8 seems to be in the gtkhtml3.8
package, which you have no build dependency on, only
libgtkhtml3.8-dev.
I'm not sure which package should get fixed, please
reassign as needed.
