Dear maintainer,

We're aiming to migrate the archive to using wxwidgets3.0 instead of
wxwidgets2.8, and intend to drop wxwidgets2.8 before jessie is released.

It looks like gnudatalanguage's transition to wxwidgets3.0 can't happen
until plplot transitions, so I've marked this bug as blocked by the bug
for plplot to transition. My test build failed because it couldn't
satisfy the BD on plplot-dev, but if I've misdiagnosed why, please
unblock this bug by 749488.

Cheers,
    Olly
