I am confused by your patch. Didn't you say that Jessie would not contain libgnutls26? In that case, why change the Build-Depends from libgnutls-dev to libgnutls28-dev? Mandos will work with either, and when libgnutls26 is removed, libgnutls-dev will be libgnutls28-dev, and everything will be fine. (The reason I am loathe to change this is that I would like to be build-compatible with wheezy when possible. This makes it easier for those running wheezy, like, say, server operators not wanting to upgrade to a new Debian release right away. And server operators are the principal users of Mandos.) The change which the patch makes to the "Depends" line for the "mandos" package baffles me even more; the "mandos" binary package does not depend on any specific version of python-gnutls, it uses what's available, and runs well with either. /Teddy Hogeborn -- The Mandos Project http://www.recompile.se/mandos -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
