I prefer a new bug, because the two issues conflated cannot be fixed together: #738263 is now about updating Build-Depends (cannot be uploaded now) #-1 is now about updating Build-Profiles (cannot be deferred) I will come up with a solution for #762272 before December and upload a doxygen fixing #762272 and #-1 by then.
