Hi Paul, thanks for the info. This seems to be problem introduced in 1.23.0, more than six months ago, and only appears when there is an accompanying error (is located in the function used to warn about errors in aspell dictionaries). For this reason it has been unnoticed for this long time. The reason is that I missed to re-enable some things after they were disabled for easier command-line testing in --dry-run mode.
