so there is currently nothing that we can do. The next ESR version 31.3.0 will be releases on Nov 27th 2014, hopefully Philip is able to make the needed changes until the 27th. We build the calendar-google-provider package from from the same source as Icedove is builded from. That's why we can't do much about this issue. The current beta version is 34.0b1, released last week, I prepared a Icedove version based on this release for experimental and Christoph will upload it today or tomorrow, I don't think Mozilla will releasing a new subversion for the version 34.0.
