Had the same issue on my system, reporting just the for record. 

## Error ## 
Setting up texinfo (4.8-3) ...

dpkg: error processing texinfo (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 127
Setting up at (3.1.10) ...

 texinfo

After changing 'update_ls_files' to 'update_lsr_files'.

## Fixed ## 
$  apt-get -f install

0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
1 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0B of archives.
After unpacking 0B of additional disk space will be used.
Setting up texinfo (4.8-3) ...
