I did some tests with -12 and did not find any more problems. Many thanks for getting this cleaned up! I once did upgrade tests from all nvidia-graphics-drivers versions found in snapshot.d.o - to test cleaning up the mess of diversions created by them. But I really hope I never need to do this again.
