That one was fixed already in December in

I don't know what is status 141.

To get more info please try:

export DEBIAN_SCRIPT_DEBUG=1
aptitude install mariadb-server-10.0

This can be seen actually already in
https://piuparts.debian.org/testing2sid/fail/mariadb-server-10.0_10.0.20-2.log
so I the issue is older than your changes. Funny that
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mariadb-10.0 did not steer attenttion
to this testing2sid issue, only sid issue (which is different).
