Bug#793991: lazarus: armel and armhf builds stall

I built and installed lazarus 1.4.2 but the builds of doublecmd, easymp3gain and cqrlog all failed in the same way as with lazarus 1.4.0.
I then attempted to build the daily source snapshot of fpc's fixes tree [1], but many of the patches no longer apply cleanly.
