Hi, during a test with piuparts I noticed your package deletes an (obsolete) conffile owned another package. The chosen approach is wrong since it does not update dpkg's database. debsums reports modification of the following files, from the attached log (scroll to the bottom...): 2m6.8s ERROR: FAIL: debsums reports modifications inside the chroot: debsums: missing file /etc/logrotate.d/sssd (from sssd package) The correct approach should be (but I didn't test this): * drop manual cleanup from sssd-common maintainer scripts * add debian/sssd.maintscript containing ===== 8< ===== rm_conffile /etc/logrotate.d/sssd 1.12.5-3~ ===== >8 ===== cheers, Andreas
