Dear Maintainer,
after installing the package on a computer without curl and trying the
example, I get:
$ ansiweather -l Moscow,RU -u metric -s true -f 5 -d true
/usr/bin/ansiweather: 215: /usr/bin/ansiweather: curl: not found
ERROR : Cannot fetch weather data
So it looks like curl needs to be available and is not only optional.
