Upon installinng all applications I get the following error:

I hit "upgrade" and am being presented with these eroors:

"Recheck my installation" and "Create admin account" now makes everything look
ok. But under "Manage Applications" "forum" is listed as in
Need of installation and "phpgwapi" as "Requires reinstall or manual repair".
Hitting "Potential Problem" for the latter lets me know:
"phpgwapi" is broken because of a failed upgrade or install.
Some or all of its tables are missing.
You should either uninstall and then reinstall it, or attempt manual repairs.
trying to uninstall and reinstall phpgwapi leads to:
