I'm closing this bug as the package builds again (both locally and it
also passes the tests on ci.d.n., and also on
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/rb-pkg/unstable/armhf/libnet-server-mail-perl.html
)

Most probably the underlying problem was in libio-socket-ssl-perl (or
openssl itself).
