zeroc-ice seems to build fine without listing libmono2.0-cil and mono-gmcs
in the Build-Depends.
NMU prepared; debdiff attached.
P.S. the maintainers for zeroc-ice in Debian have not been heard from in
some time. (2 years) :-(
