Hi!
debmirror 2.24 introduced a change which triggers a Perl syntax
check during build [1].
Unfortunately, this broke the build of debmirror since the build
dependencies for the package are missing many Perl extra packages
that are installed as dependencies (found in Depends in debian/control).
Thus, the packages from Depends need to be copied from Build-Depends to
fix the build.
