I played arround a little bit using codeblocks, but couldn't cause it to
crash with a current unstable/sid Debian GNU/Linux on amd64. Does this
bug still occur with the current dependencies of the package?

If this is still the case, could you create a backtrace as described on
https://wiki.debian.org/HowToGetABacktrace?
