Since renderscript is only used in very few apps, and it looks like a lot of work to get the whole renderscript system working in Debian, I propose that we stub out renderscript stuff for now while we are getting the essential parts working. So for this issue, how about making it a shell script that just echos "this is just a stub, implement me!"? Maybe it could include a URL to this issue: https://bugs.debian.org/827215
