New version libtidy-dev dropped buffio.h, it's call now tidybuffio.h. For example this change makes build failed php: /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/ext/tidy/tidy.c:34:20: fatal error: buffio.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated.
