Package: htseq Version: 0.6.1p1-4 Severity: serious Justification: fails to build from source
htseq 0.6 added a Build-Depends: python-pysam (for testing), but that is only available on a few architectures. Either restrict this to the architectures where it is available or request decrufting of the outdated binary packages on the architectures where it is missing/failing. Andreas
