So here's what's up. python-gst now hardcodes a dependency on pygtk2.8.
This is not great, but it works. However, it does not solve the problem
in testing; only getting PyGTK 2.8 into testing will do that.
What remains is a PyGTK bug, basically the same as #338117, but
shuffling three grave bugs over to it won't help it migrate into testing
any faster. It's also work-aroundable by having dumb dependencies, which
python-gst now does.
I've proposed a mechanism on the debian-python list[0] that will
hopefully prevent problems like this in the future.
