your package uses boost1.60 as dependency, that never was a default.
Right now we're changing the default to boost1.61 (from 1.58).
Please either bump you dependency, or depend on unversioned stuff as
provided by src:boost-defaults.
BTW, it seems to me that the build-dep on boost is unecessary, it
doesn't seem to be used during the build, and the binary doesn't have
any dependency, so why it's there in first place!?
