So so you suggest it worked with 5.2.1-2? -3 is fixing some important stuff
(sloooowness, see below) up, so I don't think we should leave it blocking
that upload.

What if you would actually do your bug submitter duties (especially when you
report a RC bug) and check whether stuff already is reported?

with 5.2.1-3.

seriously? Either you are at sid or not. APT prefers stable-updates is broken
here. Try with clean system.
