Control: tags -1 patch
Dear Maintainer,
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* debian/compat: Bump to 10.
* debian/control:
- Build-depend on debhelper (>= 10).
- Move all Build-Depends-Indep to Build-Depends, since they're used in
the clean target.
