Hi Andreas,
thanks for your bug report, as always! It's great to see such problems
are regularily catched…
That said, maybe you can find a way to exclude / not file such bugs,
where the package was uploaded source-only and then fails to build?
(Which means the uploader needs to do an upload anyway, to fix it…)
I'm fine with the receiving side, I'm more thinking about you, having to
file less bugs? But maybe it's more work to detect such situations,
where filing a bug is not needed, as it's self evident, than to just
file the bug… dunno.
