Hi, During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build on amd64. Relevant part (hopefully): > make[1]: Entering directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>' > This is gnustep-make 2.6.8. Type 'make print-gnustep-make-help' for help. > Making all for app FTP... > make[4]: Nothing to be done for 'internal-app-compile'. > Copying resources into the app wrapper... > Making install for app FTP... > Creating /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/debian/ftp.app//usr/lib/GNUstep/Applications... > Installing bundle directory... > make[1]: Leaving directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>' > dh_install debian/*.desktop usr/share/applications/ > dh_install: Compatibility levels before 9 are deprecated (level 7 in use) > rm > /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/debian/*.app/usr/lib/GNUstep/Applications/*.app/Resources/*.desktop > #move resources to /usr/share/GNUstep and add a symlink if the installation > is following the FHS > dh_installdirs usr/share/GNUstep > dh_installdirs: Compatibility levels before 9 are deprecated (level 7 in use) > mv > /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/debian/ftp.app/usr/lib/GNUstep/Applications/FTP.app/Resources > \ > /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/debian/ftp.app/usr/share/GNUstep/FTP.app > dh_link usr/share/GNUstep/FTP.app \ > /usr/lib/GNUstep/Applications/FTP.app/Resources > # Install the XPM icon. > install -D -m 644 FTP.xpm > /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/debian/ftp.app/usr/share/pixmaps/FTP.xpm > install: cannot stat 'FTP.xpm': No such file or directory > debian/rules:35: recipe for target 'install' failed > make: *** [install] Error 1 If the failure looks somehow time/timezone related: Note that this rebuild was performed without the 'tzdata' package installed in the chroot. tzdata used be (transitively) part of build-essential, but it no longer is. If this package requires it to build, it should be added to build-depends. For the release team's opinion on this, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=836940#185 If the failure looks LSB-related: similarly to tzdata, lsb-base is not installed in the build chroot. The full build log is available from: http://aws-logs.debian.net/2016/10/21/ftp.app_0.3-1_unstable.log A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS . You're welcome to contribute! About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.
