Hi Matej,#711628 is currently blocking argonaut transition to Debian stretch. Is there any ETA from your side on getting #711628 fixed? The package has a patch attached, so it should not be too difficult to get the issue solved.
If I don't here back from you, I will look into fixing #711628 and NMU the libhttp-daemon-ssl-perl package over the X-mas holidays (1-2 weeks from now).
