Control: severity -1 important Hello Andreas Beckmann,
Thanks for your bug report. The storaged package is only in experimental though so I don't think serious is the correct severity (it's annoying that it shows up on my personal tracking page as urgent when really there's no urgency for experimental), thus lowering. FYI, hopefully this will be resolved by storaged package being removed. Some more background info if you're interested: Upstream udisks2 and storaged maintainers are discussing merging back together. https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/devkit-devel/2016-November/001764.html Martin Pitt (DD and udisks2 upstream) is now working on cockpit and is interested in finishing the work to get it into the archive (see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=820107 ). Note that cockpit depends on storaged (currently), nothing else uses it. Hopefully once the upstream work on merging udisks2 / storaged (and we know which one of udisks2 and storaged we're getting rid of) he (or pkg-utopia) will pick up the RFA of storaged if needed and update the packaging to be in shape for an unstable upload.... or we can RM storaged. (Personally I think storaged is the better name but I'd really like to avoid renaming the DBus interfaces and having to port everything over.... but lets see what Martin and others finally decide.) Regards, Andreas Henriksson
