libbio-perl-run-perl: fails to upgrade from 'jessie' - trying to overwrite
/usr/share/man/man3/Bio::Tools::Run::StandAloneBlast.3pm.gz
'reopen' may be inappropriate when a bug has been closed with a version;
all fixed versions will be cleared, and you may need to re-add them.
