I'm sorry, but the bug is only partially fixed:

This fixed two of three cases, namely those two:

But this one is still present in 0.13-4:

On a system where I've freshly updated from 0.13~svn685-4 (!) to
0.13-4:
→ dpkg -L dnssec-trigger | head -2
/.
/dnssec.conf
So I suspect there's a second thing missing in Makefile.in. :-/
